Jerry Bruckheimer‘s TV production company has ended its 15-year exclusive partnership with Warner Bros. Television, TheWrap has learned.

Bruckheimer TV is expected to go independent through investors.

The production company’s deal with Warner Bros has yielded such current and recent hits as Fox’s “Lucifer” and CBS’ upcoming “Training Day” adaptation.

It is also responsible for CBS’ long-running “CSI” franchise and its reality franchise “Amazing Race,” though those were developed prior to its deal with WBTV in 2001.

Bruckheimer TV and WBTV also partnered on CBS’ “Without a Trace” and “Cold Case.”

Bruckheimer still remains active on the film side, where he has a deal with Paramount, most recently teasing an update on his long-awaited “Top Gun” sequel, which reunites Tom Cruise with a fighter jet.
